Wholemeal rye flour type 2000 BIO 5 kg - Kopytowa Mill
Organic wholemeal rye flour, type 2000, from a mill in the Podkarpacie region that uses grains from nearby organic farms in the Bieszczady Mountains. It's made by grinding the rye grain once, preserving much of the bran and valuable nutrients contained within the grain.
It's high in fiber, protein, vitamins, and minerals, such as iron, phosphorus, sodium, potassium, iodine, and calcium. This flour also contains phytoestrogens, which have a beneficial effect on the health of both women and men.
Whole-wheat rye flour can be used to make both rye bread and bread blended with other flours, such as wheat. It's also a good thickener for soups and sauces, and a starter ingredient for bread or żurek soup.
