Organic wholemeal rye flour, type 2000, from a mill in the Podkarpacie region that uses grains from nearby organic farms in the Bieszczady Mountains. It's made by grinding the grain once, preserving much of the bran and valuable nutrients contained within the grain.
Organic wholemeal rye flour is perfect for baking wholemeal rye bread and rolls or for making sourdough for żurek soup.
