Available delivery methods include: courier delivery to the specified address, delivery to parcel machines and partner points, and personal collection in Krakow.

We ship packages within 1-2 business days, usually within 24 hours. Once the package is handed over to the courier, the carrier is responsible for the delivery time . Typically, it's 1-2 business days.

Once we ship your parcel, you will receive a tracking link in an email from the carrier.

You can also check the status of your order on the order details page in our store. You'll find the link in your inbox in your order confirmation email.

We usually ship orders within Poland, but shipping to EU countries is also possible.

You'll receive an email or text message when your order is ready for pickup. It typically takes a few to 24 hours to prepare.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled in stock, please call or write to us to add additional products.

Payments

Available payment methods include: quick transfer, BLIK, payment cards, electronic wallets, traditional transfer, cash on delivery.

Electronic payments are made by Przelewy24 (PayPro SA).

Something interrupted the payment process via the Przelewy24 gateway and you want to repeat it?

To proceed to payment for your order again:

1. Open your order confirmation email and click the "View your order" button.

2. On your order card, click the "Pay now" button.

3. You will be redirected to the Przelewy24 website, where you will be able to pay for your order.

Complete the " Company name and Tax Identification Number " field in the billing or delivery address (if delivery is to the company's registered office).

Optionally, you can also add a note to your order "please provide an invoice".

Entering only the company name ( without the Tax Identification Number ) will help with courier delivery. You will not receive an invoice .

You can enter the discount code when placing your order, in the summary section.

On computers : the order summary with the discount code field is located on the right side of the screen – next to the forms related to the shipping address.

On smartphones : the order summary with the discount code field is located at the top of the screen - click " Show order summary " above the forms related to the shipping address.

Products

Unfortunately, due to the large number of products, we are unable to provide current expiration dates. Our store receives deliveries daily. If you are interested in the expiration date of a specific product, please contact us.

We make every effort to ensure product information is accurate and up-to-date. However, products, their ingredients, nutritional values, and packaging appearance are subject to change.

If you would like to confirm the composition, nutritional values, allergens or other information, please contact us.

We constantly replenish stock shortages based on availability.

If the product you have selected is temporarily unavailable, you can ask us about the date when it will be available again.

If you would like us to introduce a new product to our offer, send us your proposal.

Returns and complaints

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Send us a declaration of withdrawal (optional template form) and return the products to us.

Contact us to file a complaint about a faulty product. Please describe the defect and attach a photo if possible. If your complaint is justified, we will replace the product or refund your money. Complaints will be reviewed within a maximum of 14 days.
