Delivery time

Saturday delivery
By choosing a parcel locker or a pickup point open on weekends, you can expect Saturday delivery with ORLEN Paczka and DPD Pickup.
Remember to select a parcel locker or a pickup point open on weekends (e.g. Żabka, petrol station).
If you want Saturday delivery, place your order on Thursday evening or Friday morning.
InPost Parcel Lockers – Economy Shipment
InPost Parcel Lockers Economy is a delivery option to InPost Parcel Lockers that offers a lower price in exchange for an extended delivery time. It is a solution for those who prioritise shipping cost over express delivery.
The delivery time is longer than for a standard shipment and usually takes 4 business days from the moment the parcel is prepared. Maximum weight is 10 kg instead of the standard 25 kg.
Additionally, economy shipments cannot be dispatched on Mondays – if the dispatch date falls on that day, it will automatically be moved to Tuesday.
InPost Economy Shipment Dispatch Schedule
The table below shows when you can expect your economy shipment to be dispatched. For example, an order prepared on Thursday will be collected by InPost the following Tuesday.

In-store pickup
In-store pickup is available at our physical store. You will be notified by e-mail or SMS when your order is ready for collection.
Pickup location: Dary Natury Żywność Ekologiczna, ul. Krakowska 21, 31-062 Kraków
Opening hours: Mon - Fri: 10:00 - 18:00, Sat: 10:00 - 14:00
Order processing time
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, usually within 24h.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM are usually shipped the same day.
Time is counted from the moment payment is confirmed.
Order and shipment status
To check the current status of your order, click the "View your order" button in your order confirmation e-mail.
Once your parcel is prepared, you will find the tracking number with a tracking link on your order page. You will also receive shipment notifications from your chosen carrier.
International delivery
Delivery to EU countries is available for orders paid in advance.

Delivery to parcel lockers and pickup points. Price depends on parcel weight up to 20 kg.
