The "Skwierawski" Food Production Plant in Brusy has been operating since 1989 and specializes in processing mushrooms and fruit from the Tuchola Forest . The plant was founded by Stefan Skwierawski, a fruit and vegetable processing specialist whose knowledge and experience have allowed him to create products that have been enjoyed by Polish customers for years.
Stefan Skwierawski offers natural and delicious products made from the finest forest fruits and mushrooms grown in the Tuchola Forest . This is one of the cleanest areas in Poland, home to a national park, nature reserves, and landscape parks. The harvested fruits are used to create delicious organic jams , preserves, mousses, liqueurs, and concentrates. No preservatives or colorings are added to Stefan Skwierawski's preserves.
