Organic ceremonial cocoa in a bar is made from cryogenically ground raw Acriollado cocoa beans . It is used to prepare a rich cocoa drink that can be enjoyed as a truly relaxing ceremony.

This cocoa bar is the most original, nutritious form of natural chocolate and a product for connoisseurs. Thanks to a unique cryogenic grinding process, it is possible to retain over 40% of the cocoa butter and grind the husk, which is a source of fiber. By shaping the cocoa mass into a bar, the product retains its freshness and flavor longer.

    Preparation method

    Method 1: Preparation in proportion to 1 liter of water - add 30 g (approx. 6 tablespoons of grated) cocoa to boiling water and cook covered for 35 minutes.

    Method 2: Break off approximately 10 g of cocoa, add to 300 ml of water at 60-80°C and mix with a blender.

    It's worth experimenting with the cocoa-to-water ratio to tailor the drink to your preferences. Using more cocoa with less water will result in a stronger and thicker drink.

    If you wish, you can add extras to the drink, such as cinnamon, chili or other spices.

    Recommended storage conditions

    Store in a cool and dry place.
