Preparation method
The contents of the package are sufficient to prepare 500 ml of liquid.
Dissolve the gelatin in 250 ml of cold liquid and set aside for 10 minutes until it swells.
Bring the remaining liquid (250 ml) to a boil and stir in the swollen gelatin. Do not boil!
