Organic gelatin sheets are a thin-sheet product used as a gelling agent in cooking. They are produced from animal proteins through a hydrolysis process.
When dissolved in water, gelatin forms a uniform mass with the density and consistency of a gel, which is used in many desserts, jellies, as well as in meat and fish products.
Gelatin sheets are easy to use and allow you to easily dose the amount used in a given dish.
The package contains 12 sheets. 20g of gelatin in each sheet is enough for 1 liter of filling.

Preparation method
- Soak the required amount of gelatin in sheets in cold water for 5 minutes, then remove and squeeze lightly.
- For hot dishes: stir the squeezed gelatin directly into the hot mixture. The gelatin will dissolve immediately. Do not boil, as the gelatin will lose its gelling properties.
- For a cold mixture (e.g., cream): heat the squeezed gelatin in a small saucepan with a little water until dissolved, then add a small amount of the mixture—never the other way around. Then mix it with the remaining mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Recommended storage conditions
Store in a dry place, away from foreign odors.
