Konjac Sticky Rice is made from the root of the konjac plant and Japanese sushi rice. It's a great alternative to traditional rice and can be used in the same way.

Traditional sushi rice is high in carbohydrates, which doesn't always fit into a ketogenic or low-carb diet. Konjac glutinous rice is significantly lower in calories and carbohydrates while maintaining the perfect stickiness and texture, crucial for rolling sushi.

Preparation method

  1. Pour half the package onto nori sheets (not included)
  2. Spread over 3/4 of the surface.
  3. Roll it up, slice it, and enjoy. It tastes best with soy sauce, miso paste, and ginger.

  2. Add to your favorite dish, such as a starter or soup.

Recommended storage conditions
