Organic white quinoa, also known as quinoa or Peruvian rice, is a pseudocereal originating from South America.
Organic quinoa is an interesting alternative to classic groats, rice, or pasta. It works well as an ingredient in soups, stews, and as an addition to salads, vegetables, sauces, but also in sweet desserts.

Preparation method
Rinse quinoa grains with hot water in a fine sieve, cook in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of quinoa to 2 portions of water) for about 25 minutes. Salt towards the end of cooking.

Store in a dry and cool place.
