Organic white quinoa, also known as quinoa or Peruvian rice, is a pseudocereal native to South America. It has been cultivated in that region for over 5,000 years, which is why it is sometimes called "Inca gold."

Preparation method
Pour hot water over the quinoa in a fine-mesh sieve and cook in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of quinoa to 2 portions of water) for about 25 minutes. Season with salt at the end of cooking.
