Organic teff flakes 300 g - Bio Planet
These organic flakes are made from crushed grains of an African cereal called teff, Abyssinian grass, or simply teff. This ancient grain has been cultivated in Africa for thousands of years. It is highly resistant to unfavorable growing conditions. Even after harvest, teff grains can be stored for long periods – they do not spoil, become rancid, or are attacked by pests.
Teff grains are very small, as are teff flakes. They are naturally gluten-free and contain a significant amount of dietary fiber and protein. They also contain valuable vitamin B9 (folic acid) and minerals such as iron, calcium, magnesium, and zinc.
Teff flakes are used similarly to other cereal flakes. They're a great idea for a nutritious and healthy breakfast. They taste delicious as an addition to oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, desserts, omelets, and baked goods.

Preparation method
Teff flakes can be eaten plain or prepared warm.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of flakes to 200 ml of boiling water or milk. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Store in a cool and dry place.
