Method of application
Take 1–3 capsules daily with or immediately after a meal, preferably with a meal containing fat to aid in the absorption of omega-3 fatty acids.
Recommended dosage depending on profile:
- 1 capsule daily – general adult population, pregnant and breastfeeding women, children from 3 years of age, recreational athletes (or people who regularly consume oily fish in their diet).
- 2 capsules daily – competitive athletes, people at risk of cardiovascular diseases, seniors.
- 3 capsules a day – professional athletes, people training intensively, people at high risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Omega-3 fatty acids should be taken regularly every day. Long-term use is also possible, especially if the diet does not provide enough oily fish.
Some studies indicate that omega-3 fatty acids rich in EPA can support recovery after physical exercise – in such a case, it is recommended to take twice the dose immediately after training.
