Organic extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from Greek olives from the Chania region in northern Crete. The PGI (Geographical Indication) guarantees that at least one stage of olive production takes place within the designated area. This is a cold-pressed, first-press olive oil.
The delicate and mild flavor and fruity aroma of Greek olive oil from Crete will enhance many dishes. It can be used in salads, vegetables, soups, grilled fish and meats, sauces, and many other dishes.
