Directions for use
Oral: once or twice a day, 1 to 2 drops. Take diluted in a spoonful of honey or in an herbal infusion.
Skin (massage, bath): 5 to 10 drops per 10 ml of vegetable oil.
Air aromatization: 5 to 10 drops according to personal preference and room size.
Do not exceed the recommended daily allowance. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
