Organic, cold-pressed milk thistle oil ( Silybum marianum ). It has cleansing, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant properties. It is most often used for liver problems, maintaining its health and helping fight disease. It also supports digestion and the entire digestive system.

How to use
Consume one serving of 24 ml of oil (3 tablespoons) daily, either as a single dose or in portions, e.g., one tablespoon three times daily. Preferably with a meal.
