Siberian Sea Buckthorn Oil Pro Aktiv is a top-quality product, obtained from ripe sea buckthorn berries ( Hippophae rhamnoides ) grown in ecologically clean areas of Siberia. The harsh climate allows these berries to accumulate exceptionally high concentrations of nutrients to survive the harsh conditions.
Sea buckthorn oil is valued in dietetics and cosmetology primarily for its unique fatty acid profile. It is one of the few plant oils to contain a high concentration of the rare omega-7 fatty acid (palmitoleic acid).
