Forest honey 720g - Vilgain
Vilgain Forest Honey is made from nectar collected from raspberry and blackberry blossoms, as well as from spruce, fir, and maple honeydew, giving it an intense aroma of forest, raspberries, and blackberries. It comes directly from a Czech beekeeper in the Jeseníky Protected Landscape Area (CHKO Jeseníky) in the Czech Republic. It is unrefined and raw, has a darker, golden colour, a velvety smooth, dense consistency, and a distinct, sweet taste with a fruity-forest aroma.
Thanks to the combination of floral nectar and honeydew, this honey has a more complex, intense flavour profile than classic floral honeys. It is perfect as an addition to black and herbal tea, on bread, in yoghurt or oatmeal, and as a natural alternative to refined sugar in home cooking.
