The nutritional value of the product is calculated for a recipe consisting of the mixture, 3 tablespoons of rapeseed oil and 400 ml of water.
Preparation method
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl. Add 30 ml (3 tablespoons) of oil . Gradually add 400 ml of hot water (approx. 80°C), kneading the dough for about 5-7 minutes, until it is firm and elastic (be careful not to burn yourself!). The dough will become increasingly elastic as you knead.
- Once the dough is kneaded, cover it with a bowl . Tear off 1/4 of the dough and roll it out thinly. If necessary, lightly dust it with gluten-free flour (rice flour is fine). Cut out discs from the dough. Spread your favorite filling on each disc and seal the edges tightly. Cover the finished dumplings with a cloth.
- Repeat until all the dough is used.
- Throw the pierogi into boiling, salted water and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
