Preparation method
- Pour the contents of the bag into a bowl, add 500 ml of liquid (milk, plant milk or water) and 1 egg.
- Mix thoroughly (you can use a blender, mixer or whisk) and set aside for 10 minutes.
- Fry in a small amount of fat (coconut oil or clarified butter is best), until golden brown on both sides.
Pancakes can also be made vegan (without eggs). They taste delicious with both sweet and savory toppings.
