Preparation method
- Pour the mixture into a bowl.
- Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of honey to 200 ml of warm, boiled water and pour into a bowl.
- Stir with a spoon, then knead with your hands.
- Cover with a cloth and set aside in a warm place to rise for 1 hour (you can bake it in an oven at 30-40°C).
- Knead the dough again and roll it out thinly on baking paper.
- Preheat oven to 250-300°C.
- Transfer the dough to a baking tray and spread the sauce over it.
- Bake for 17-20 minutes, depending on oven temperature (the higher the temperature, the shorter the baking time). 3 minutes before the end, sprinkle with cheese and add your favorite toppings.
