Preparation method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. Grease a baking pan (a small loaf pan) with coconut oil or clarified butter. You can sprinkle it with teff flakes, rolled oats, or ground flaxseed.
  3. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  4. While stirring thoroughly, slowly add 500 ml of highly carbonated water.
  5. Transfer the mixed dough to a baking pan and bake in the oven for 1.5 hours.
  6. Once baked, remove the bread from the pan and wrap it in a cloth. Set aside to cool.

Recommended storage conditions

Store in a cool, dry place, tightly closed.
