This gluten-free bread flour blend is perfect for those with gluten intolerance or celiac disease. It's a great solution for those who, for various reasons, can't or don't want to eat traditional bread.
The mixture includes several types of flour, including sorghum flour, corn starch, buckwheat flour, corn flour, and rice flour. These provide the bread's consistency and replace traditional wheat flour. Additionally, it contains buckwheat groats, a source of protein, and potato starch, which acts as a binder.
This gluten-free bread mix is also enriched with brown flax, sunflower, psyllium, and pumpkin seeds, which are a source of valuable nutrients such as fiber, omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals. It also contains caraway, which gives the bread its distinctive flavor and aroma.

Preparation method
To 500g of the mixture, add 750ml of lukewarm water and 14g of fresh yeast. Mix.
Pour the prepared pancake-like dough into a buttered and floured baking tin, cover and leave to rise for 40 minutes.
Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 250°C, then 30 minutes at 190°C.
Remove the bread from the pan and bake for another 10 minutes until golden brown.
