Rye flour type 2000 1 kg - Lipnickie Smaki

Organic wholemeal rye flour is darker and less sticky than wheat flour because it contains less gluten and more fiber. It has a low glycemic index and provides minerals such as magnesium, iron, zinc, and selenium.

It's perfect for baking whole-grain rye bread and rolls, as well as for preparing pancakes, fritters, and other baked goods. Organic rye flour can also be used to thicken soups and sauces.

Type 2000 refers to whole-grain flour, which is made by grinding whole wheat grains without refining. It is a dark flour, rich in fiber, vitamins, and minerals.

The flour comes from the farm of Andrzej Wnęk, who cultivates organic grains. He is a member of the Lipnickie Smaki project – an association of more than a dozen farmers from the Lipnica Murowana region (Lesser Poland Voivodeship) who have maintained the tradition of cultivating old grain varieties for many years.
