Organic Fair Trade freeze-dried Arabica instant coffee is an Oxfam brand product made from 100% Arabica beans sourced from Honduras, Mexico, and Peru. The beans are medium-roasted, and the freeze-drying process – drying the coffee extract through freezing – allows the granules to retain the full aroma and taste of freshly brewed coffee. The infusion is characterized by good body and a flavor profile typical of high-quality Arabica.
The product is certified by EU organic farming and Fair Trade (FLO-CERT) – 100% of the ingredients come from crops covered by this certification system, which translates into fair compensation for coffee farmers.
