Organic roasted buckwheat groats provide energy from carbohydrates and exogenous amino acids involved in building muscle and bone proteins.
Buckwheat is also a valuable source of protein, dietary fiber, B vitamins, and minerals, including calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, and potassium. It has a low glycemic index and is naturally gluten-free.
Buckwheat groats are available unroasted or roasted. Roasted groats have a darker color and a more intense flavor. However, they are less rich in vitamins and minerals, as some of them are lost during the heating process.
Organic roasted buckwheat groats are most often used as an ingredient in dinner dishes, along with vegetables and meat. They can be added to soups, stews, and other dishes.

Preparation method
Rinse the groats and pour boiling water over them in a 1:1 ratio, cover and let steep for about 7 minutes. The groats do not need to be cooked.
