Criollo cocoa is a rare and noble variety of cocoa, known for its unique taste and aroma. It is raw, which means it is not subjected to heat treatment and retains all valuable nutrients, such as magnesium, iron, antioxidants, and phenylethylamine.
Criollo cocoa powder is suitable for preparing drinks, desserts, cakes, and smoothies. It can be used both cold and hot, with the addition of milk, water, coconut oil, or other ingredients as desired.

Preparation method
