Ceremonial cacao (full-fat cacao paste, cacao mass) of the Criollo variety, from the Satipo province in Peru. It is characterized by a rich, delicate, and slightly dry taste of dessert chocolate, with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. At increased concentration, an exceptionally intense, chocolate essence is revealed.

Ceremonial Cacao from Peru

Preparation method
Add the desired portion of cacao to water or plant-based drink at approx. 60-80°C and blend. An example ratio is 10 g of cacao per 250 ml of water.
Optionally, you can supplement the drink with additions, e.g., cinnamon, chili, or other spices.

Store in a dry and cool place.
