Ceremonial cacao (full-fat cacao paste, cacao mass) of the Criollo variety, from the Satipo province in Peru. It is characterized by a rich, delicate, and slightly dry dark chocolate flavor, interspersed with notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. At increased concentration, an exceptionally intense, chocolate essence emerges.

Preparation method

Add the desired portion of cacao to water or a plant-based drink at a temperature of approximately 60-80°C and blend. An example proportion is 10 g of cacao per 250 ml of water.
