Content of ingredients in daily portion 3 g (2 sachets): nettle leaf 0.42 g; couch grass rhizome 0.42 g; birch leaf 0.27 g; bilberry leaf 0.27 g; wild strawberry leaf 0.27 g: rowan fruit 0.27 g; black elderberry fruit 0.27 g; three-lobe beggarticks herb 0.27 g; tormentil rhizome 0.24 g; heather flower 0.15 g; artichoke herb 0.15 g.
Preparation method
Pour freshly boiled water over the tea bag and brew for 10-15 minutes, covered.
Drink twice a day. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
