Bloating Tea is a mixture of natural herbs and fruits that support digestion.
Contains 7 herbs and fruits with different properties:
- Cumin fruit – reduces intestinal gas levels and has a carminative effect.
- Peppermint leaf – inhibits the activity of mast cells and relaxes the intestines.
- Hawthorn fruit – has no direct effect on flatulence, but improves circulation and lowers blood pressure.
- Coriander fruit – facilitates digestion and regulates the level of intestinal gas.
- Artichoke herb – increases bile secretion and helps eliminate parasites that can cause constipation.
- Fennel fruit – has a diuretic and antispasmodic effect, relieves stomach ailments.
- Rosemary leaf – has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, stimulates appetite.

Preparation method
Pour freshly boiled water over the sachet and steep for 15 minutes, covered. Drink the prepared infusion three times daily.
