Digestive tea is a mixture of natural herbs and fruits intended especially for people with digestive problems.
The herbs contained within aid digestion by stimulating the secretion of digestive juices and relieving indigestion. They positively impact the digestive system, liver function, and blood sugar levels. The tea also helps relieve bloating and abdominal cramps.
The digestive tea contains several herbs and fruits:
- Elderberry fruit has a diuretic and laxative effect, removing harmful metabolic waste products from the body. It cleanses the blood and acts as a detoxifying agent.
- Verbena herb relaxes the smooth muscles of the digestive tract, relieving cramps and abdominal pain. It calms the nervous system, promoting better digestion.
- Fennel fruit stimulates the secretion of digestive juices and bile, facilitating the breakdown of food. It prevents bloating and gas, which can cause discomfort.
- Mint leaf – improves appetite and aids digestion of fatty foods because it contains menthol, which stimulates bile production. It also has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
- Lemon balm herb – soothes stomach and intestinal spasms and has a calming effect on the nervous system. It helps with indigestion, nausea, and heartburn.

Elderberry fruit 27%, verbena herb 18%, fennel fruit 18%, mint leaf 15%, lemon balm herb 15%, chicory root 7%.
The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion of the product is as follows: elderberry fruit – 1.62 g, verbena herb – 1.08 g, fennel fruit – 1.08 g, mint leaf – 0.9 g, lemon balm herb – 0.9 g, chicory root – 0.42 g.
Preparation method
Pour freshly boiled water over the sachet and steep for 5-10 minutes, covered. Drink the prepared infusion three times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
