Flat Tummy Tea is a dietary supplement in sachets, developed by Krakowskie Zakłady Zielarskie Herbapol – a Polish manufacturer with many years of tradition in herbal medicine. The product combines 8 carefully selected herbs and plant raw materials in one convenient composition intended for people who care about their figure and the proper functioning of the digestive system.
The dominant ingredient in the blend is Paraguayan holly leaf (Ilex paraguariensis) – yerba mate – constituting 40% of the composition. This raw material has been used for centuries in South America, naturally containing caffeine and polyphenols. Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale) makes up 25% of the composition – a plant with an established position in herbal tradition, traditionally associated with supporting liver function and the digestive system. Birch leaf (Betula pendula) is another classic of European herbal medicine, present here in the amount of 10%.
The composition is supplemented by: cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum) adding distinct flavor, artichoke herb (Cynara scolymus), anise fruit (Pimpinella anisum), oregano herb (Origanum vulgare) – 5% each – and bladderwrack (Fucus vesiculosus) in the amount of 2%. The composition is characterized by a distinct, spicy-herbal aroma with a perceptible hint of cinnamon and anise.

Preparation method
Pour boiling water (200 ml) over 1 sachet and steep covered for 5–10 minutes. It is recommended to consume 3 servings daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.
Notes
The product contains caffeine. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Do not consume simultaneously with other products that are sources of caffeine or ingredients with similar effects. Avoid excessive consumption during breastfeeding.
