Circulation tea is a mixture of natural herbs and fruits intended especially for people with circulatory system problems.

Herbs help the heart function properly, regulate cholesterol levels, and improve blood circulation. This composition consists of 8 ingredients:

• Hawthorn fruit – supports heart function, increases oxygen supply and improves peripheral circulation.
• Apple peel – rich in pectins and flavonoids, which help lower cholesterol and blood pressure.
• Hibiscus flower – has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and diuretic properties, and also lowers blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
• Oat grass – contains beta-glucan, which reduces the risk of atherosclerosis and heart disease by lowering LDL cholesterol levels.
• Nettle herb – supports the immune system, has a diuretic and cleansing effect, and also improves the appearance of the skin.
• Rosehip fruit – a source of vitamin C and bioflavonoids that strengthen blood vessels and prevent them from bursting.
• Peppermint leaf – has an antispasmodic effect on the smooth muscles of blood vessels, which facilitates blood flow and reduces nervous tension.

Preparation method

Pour freshly boiled water over the sachet and steep for 5-10 minutes, covered. Drink the prepared infusion three times daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
