Lavender Tea 35 g - Dworzysk
Lavender tea is an aromatic and healthy beverage made from dried lavender grown in Poland. It is ideal especially for the evening, helping to soothe nerves, improve mood, and facilitate falling asleep. It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that support immunity and health.
Delicious both hot and cold, you can drink it plain or add honey, lemon, or other herbs.

Preparation method
Infusion for hot drinking
Pour boiling water (approx. 250 ml) over 1 heaping teaspoon of dried lavender, a slice of grapefruit with peel, and 3 slices of ginger. Steep covered for 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey when it cools down. The infusion has antiviral and antibacterial properties. It helps in treating throat infections.
Infusion for cold drinking
Refreshing lemonade. Pour boiling water (approx. 300 ml) over 2 tablespoons of dried lavender and steep covered for 15 minutes. When the infusion cools, strain the flowers, add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and a tablespoon of honey. Top up with cold water to one liter. The infusion tastes best well chilled; you can add ice cubes.
Decoction for bathing
Pour cold water (approx. 1000 ml) over 8 tablespoons of dried lavender, leave for an hour, then bring to a boil. Pour the strained decoction into the bathtub. Bathe for 10-20 minutes at a temperature of 35-38°C. Finally, slowly rinse the body with a cold shower.
If dizziness occurs, stop the bath immediately. Warm baths are not recommended for heart and circulatory disorders, low blood pressure, varicose veins, and vein diseases.
