Preparation method
Infusion for internal use: Pour freshly boiled water over one teaspoon of chamomile and steep for 10-15 minutes, covered. Drink twice daily.
For external use: an infusion prepared in the same way can be used to wash the eyelids and nasal sinuses.

Store in a cool and dry place.
