Energy tea provides a boost of energy thanks to yerba mate and guarana. Rose and quince add an interesting flavor to the blend.
Tea is perfect for fatigue and loss of strength. It provides energy for mental and physical work. It can be used as a stimulating drink before training or demanding work.
The composition includes:
- Yerba mate – contains caffeine and antioxidants that strengthen the body, tone it and reduce fatigue.
- Rose hips – are rich in vitamin C, which supports the body's immunity and helps fight infections.
- Guarana fruit – contains a lot of caffeine, which stimulates metabolism, mental and physical performance and reduces the feeling of fatigue.
- Rooibos Leaf – has anti-inflammatory and refreshing properties that soothe irritations of the throat and mouth.
- Quince fruit – is a source of pectins and flavonoids, which improve digestion and the taste of tea.
The package contains 20 sachets of 3 g each.
Ingredients
Holly leaf (yerba mate) 40%, rose hip 25%, guarana fruit 20%, red bush leaf 10%, quince fruit 5%.
The content of individual plant ingredients per daily portion of the product is as follows: yerba mate leaf – 1.2 g, rose hips – 0.75 g, guarana fruit – 0.6 g, rooibos leaf – 0.3 g, quince fruit – 0.15 g.
Preparation method
Pour freshly boiled water over the sachet and steep for 10 minutes, covered. Drink the prepared infusion once daily, in the morning. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women, children and people with hypertension.
