The composition is kept to a minimum. Apart from magnesium diglycinate, the product contains only a gelatin capsule shell. What is magnesium diglycinate
Magnesium diglycinate is an organic compound in which a magnesium ion is bound to two molecules of glycine, the simplest amino acid.
