Magnesium Bisglycinate + Vitamin B6 200 capsules - Vilgain
Vilgain Magnesium Bisglycinate + Vitamin B6 – a dietary supplement combining highly absorbable magnesium in chelate form with the active form of vitamin B6, created to support the nervous and muscular systems and reduce feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium is present here in the patented form MagChel®, in which the element is combined with two glycine molecules. This chelate structure ensures high bioavailability and protects magnesium from antinutrients that, in the case of inorganic forms of magnesium (e.g., oxide or carbonate), can limit its absorption.
Active Vitamin B6 (P-5-P)
The vitamin B6 used in the product is pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P-5-P) – a biologically active form of vitamin B6, ready for use by the body without the need for hepatic conversion required for standard pyridoxine.
Benefits of supplementation
Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and muscular systems and to maintaining electrolyte balance, and also supports proper energy metabolism.
