BICAPS ferr C chelate dietary supplement provides 20 mg of iron in the form of ferrous bisglycinate and 350 mg of vitamin C in 1 capsule. Ferrous bisglycinate is a chelated, highly absorbable form of iron, gentler on the stomach than common inorganic salts. The combination with vitamin C further increases iron absorption from the digestive tract.

Directions for use
The recommended daily portion is 1 capsule once a day with a meal. It is best to take the supplement in the morning, with plain water. It is advisable to avoid combining the supplement with dairy products, coffee, or tea – the calcium and tannins contained in them can hinder iron absorption. Thanks to the vitamin C content, iron is absorbed more effectively.
