BICAPS Collagen by ForMeds is a dietary supplement based on native (undenatured) type II collagen, sourced from chicken cartilage, combined with L-proline and vitamin C. Unlike popular collagen hydrolysates, native collagen retains its original molecular structure – it is a raw material form that is the subject of scientific research on joint flexibility and mobility.
The formula is supplemented with L-proline – an amino acid that constitutes approximately 30% of the proteins building collagen – and vitamin C, which contributes to the proper formation of collagen to ensure the proper functioning of cartilage, bones, skin, gums, teeth, and blood vessels. Vitamin C also supports the proper functioning of the immune and nervous systems and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
Active ingredients
Native type II collagen (from chicken cartilage) – undenatured structural protein, a natural component of articular cartilage.
L-proline – an amino acid that is part of collagen, also synthesized by the body.
Vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) – 190 mg per daily serving (238% NRV), contributes to proper collagen formation and proper functioning of the immune and nervous systems.

Instructions for use
The recommended daily portion is 2 capsules taken once a day with a meal, at any time of the day.
