Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) is a herbaceous plant from the nightshade family, grown mainly in India, North Africa, and the Mediterranean basin. The root of this plant provides withanolides – characteristic steroidal lactones. Method of use
The recommended serving is 1 capsule once daily.
Notes
Do not use in children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding mothers. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Do not use in case of allergy to any of the product's ingredients, or while taking sedative, hypnotic, or antiepileptic drugs. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended.
