Dried seaweed Kombu BIO 25 g - Porto Muinos
Organic Kombu seaweed dried at temperatures below 42°C. An important ingredient in Asian cuisine.
The white coating may be due to naturally occurring salt.

Preparation method
Boil for 5 minutes, and when the broth becomes aromatic, remove the algae. Use only the broth. It is recommended to use 1 g of kombu algae per 1 liter of water.
Recommended storage conditions
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep tightly closed after opening.
