Organic emmer flour, a wild form of wheat. Emmer is one of the oldest cultivated grains, originating from the Middle East.

The flour comes from the farm of Andrzej Wnęk, who cultivates organic grains. He is a member of the Lipnickie Smaki project – an association of more than a dozen farmers from the Lipnica Murowana region (Lesser Poland Voivodeship) who have maintained the tradition of cultivating old grain varieties for many years.
