Ceremonial cocoa (full-fat cocoa paste, cocoa mass) of the Criollo variety, from the Satipo province in Peru. It is characterized by a rich, delicate, and slightly dry flavor of dark chocolate, complemented by notes of citrus fruits and white flowers. At higher concentrations, an exceptionally intense chocolate essence emerges.

Preparation method
Add the desired amount of cocoa to water or plant-based beverage at approximately 60-80°C and blend. A typical ratio is 10g of cocoa per 250ml of water.
If desired, you can add extras to the drink, such as cinnamon, chili or other spices.
