Organic rye flour type 720 from a mill in the Subcarpathian region, which uses grains from nearby organic farms in the Bieszczady Mountains. It's perfect for baking rye bread and rolls, for making sourdough starter for żurek (a Polish dish), and for making pancakes, fritters, and other baked goods. Organic rye flour can also be used to thicken soups and sauces.
