Mount Hagen's organic Peruvian coffee comes from the Demeter farm "La Chacra D'dago", where it is grown in the shade of trees, hand-picked and selected, and then sun-dried.
In Hamburg, the beans are gently roasted in drum roasters, which allows for the development of their characteristic flavor profile – mild, with notes of nuts and chocolate and a slight sweetness.
Coffee is available in beans, which allows it to be prepared in various coffee machines, including fully automatic ones, as well as by pour-over method or in a French press.
