Medica Herbs St. John's Wort is a dietary supplement containing an extract from the herb and flowers of common St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum), standardized to 3% hyperforin, in the amount of 400 mg per capsule.
Characteristics of the active ingredient
Common St. John's wort (Hypericum perforatum) is a plant listed in the European Pharmacopoeia, and extracts from its herb have the status of traditional herbal medicinal products in the EU. The main active substances of St. John's wort are hyperforin and hypericin. The Medica Herbs product provides an extract standardized to 3% hyperforin.
Important information: St. John's Wort interacts with many medications – including hormonal contraception, anticoagulants, immunosuppressants, antiretrovirals, and some antidepressants. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Method of use
The recommended serving is 1 capsule once a day.
Notes
