Cocoa 88% dark chocolate drops are organic chocolate with an exceptionally high cocoa solids content, in the convenient form of small discs.
Unroasted cocoa beans
Like other Cocoa brand products, the base of these drops is unroasted (raw) cocoa beans. This raw material is not subjected to high temperatures during the production process, which preserves the cocoa's natural flavor profile – intense, slightly bitter, with a distinctive depth.
The high proportion of cocoa beans also translates into significantly higher fiber (20 g/100 g) and protein (11 g/100 g) values compared to chocolates with a lower cocoa content.
Minimal added sugar
With 88% cocoa solids, the coconut sugar content is very low – total sugar content is just 12g per 100g of product. This is a choice for those who prefer a distinctly bitter, intense chocolate with minimal sweetness.
Application
Drops work well wherever you've previously used chopped chocolate or a bar – for baking, desserts, oatmeal, hot cocoa, or just as a snack. The resealable packaging allows for easy dosing and storage once opened.
