Cocoa dark chocolate drops are a convenient form of organic chocolate in small, regular discs.
Unroasted cocoa beans
The key ingredient in these drops is unroasted (raw) cocoa beans. Unlike conventionally processed cocoa, unroasted beans are not subjected to high temperatures, thus retaining more of the cocoa's natural compounds. This raw material is the basis for Cocoa brand chocolates and dried fruit.
Coconut blossom sugar as a sweetener
Instead of refined cane sugar, the product is sweetened with coconut blossom sugar – a natural sweetener with a low degree of processing and a characteristic, slightly caramel flavor.
Application
Drops work well wherever you've previously used chopped chocolate or a bar – for baking, desserts, oatmeal, hot cocoa, or just as a snack. The resealable packaging allows for easy dosing and storage once opened.
